Meet Sandy
Sandy is a therapeutic coach, meditation teacher, creator of Mind Detox and Calmology, award-winning coach trainer and bestselling author.
Personal invitation from Sandy:
I’ve been meditating since 2007 and I was a ‘monk’ in a ‘spiritual community’ for 14 years - which turned out to be a cult - but I will share more about this story during this retreat!
I created Mind Calm meditation in 2014, followed by Body Calm in 2015. During the past few years, I’ve gained a new understanding of meditation and spirituality, which has made a huge difference to my own peace, healing and freedom. So much so, I’ve now completed this ‘CALM’ trilogy with the Soul Calm meditations.
